I see myself as a broadly oriented medical specialist with experience in both the public and private field.

Analytical, involved, independent, honest, thorough and able to make decisions without losing sight of people. 

A networker by heart, enthusiastic and able to find the right tone within various forums. Always aware of new developments, markets and opportunities. Ethical and with a strong sense of responsibility for the community.

A continuous personal development is important to me, which is reflected in the various courses I have attended, among others to become a teacher, but also concerning management skills. In addition to my regular job activities,

I like to contribute to relevant developments in the field, which is reflected in my participation in various think-tanks and courses.
